Many of u have asked me for this, so here it is. CSC.
Ingredients:
250grams Chopped cranberries
50grams Brown sugar
30grams Rum
Cinnamon powder to taste
120grams Unsalted butter
60grams Icing sugar
1 Whole egg
A dash of Vanilla essence
280grams Cake flour
1/8tablespoon Baking powder
1.) Add melted unsalted butter to icing, n beat till fluffy.
2.) Pour in beaten egg and vanilla essence over two to three times. Sieve in cake flour and baking powder then mix to form dough.
3.) Put Cranberry into bowl and mix well with rum, brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
4.) Roll dough into 0.3cm thick rectangles.
5.) Spread Cranberry mix on top.
6.) Roll it tightly into a cylinder and keep it refrigerated for 2.5hours.
7.) Remove and cut into 0.7cm to 0.8cm slices. This must be done with a sharp knife quickly for easy cutting.
8.) Bake in oven at 180°C, for 18minutes.
9.) Put out to cool for 30minutes.
10.) Ensure it is totally cooled before packing them. And if u did it nicely, u will get something like these....
